Kick back and relax with these gorgeous casino cocktails!

A night at the casino is about enjoying yourself. From dressing up in a glamorous dress for the women, or putting on the tailored tux for the men, going to the casino can be a great night.

As well as that it is about enjoying a few drinks, and what better way to set the tone for the evening  than with a cocktail. There are many options out there and we will look at some of the very best that will go down a treat for your night out.

The Vesper Martini

What else? Inspired by James Bond, this concoction of dry gin, vodka and a splash of wine may be for the bigger drinkers but it is certainly a must at the casino, particularly for the men. If you are dressed like Bond it would be rude not to follow his lead when it comes to the cocktails. Then you can try and replicate his success at the poker table.
Chocolate Martini

Staying with the Martini’s and why not try the Chocolate Martini. It involves combining chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao and vodka and is strained into a cocktail glass. You will certainly stand out from the crowd with that, and it tastes great too. Perfect.

Old Fashioned

One sugar cube, three Angostura bitters, a drop of soda and mix with whiskey, what does that give you? The Old Fashioned cocktail of course. With a distinctive appearance, this cocktail will be recognised from a long way off and can be perfect company next to the roulette wheel.

Perhaps one for the ladies, a great alternative to a G&T. With lots of gin and a splash of lime juice, the Gimlet may be sweet but packs a punch and will go down a treat at the casino.

Moscow Mule

Best served in a copper mug, the Moscow Mule is a mixture of vodka, spicy ginger beer and lime juice! If you haven’t pulled a face at the thought of that then this one could be for you. With a slice of lime added for good measure this is a cocktail that you will remember.

Bloody Mary

A classic when it comes to the cocktails, and known for being one of the most complex around. With vodka, tomato juice and a range of other spices and flavourings including Worcestershire sauce and tobacco sauce you will know when you’ve had a Bloody Mary!

Another popular one with the wide cocktail audience that is out there. The daiquiri is a mixture of rum, citrus juice and sugar to give it a real sweet kick and will keep you alert at the slots for hours! A strawberry daiquiri is an alternative, with frozen strawberries added to the original recipe.

Perfect for the casino, or anywhere for that matter. This Cuban delight involves lime, soda, fresh mint leaves, white rum and sugar to sweeten things up. They all combine to create a well-known and very popular cocktail that will appeal to the masses.

So as you can see there are a variety of drinks available for you at the casino, some more appropriate for the seasoned drinkers amongst you. Of course, if things get really bad at the blackjack table you can opt for a straight whisky on the rocks to drown your sorrows, but things won’t get that bad! Any of the cocktails will enhance your casino experience and make the night that bit more memorable.
